We are the only company in Berlin that bakes bánh mì according to a traditional Vietnamese recipe - namely with a mixture of rice flour and wheat flour. We have been operating in Berlin since 2014 and have specialised in the bánh mì concept since 2020. Since then, we have been baking our bánh mì daily at Knaackstraße 33, 10405 Berlin.
