We are the suckling pig professionals and have been working in gastronomy with great passion since 1994. We produce almost all dishes ourselves. Roasts, grilled sausages, sushi, delicatessen salads, cold cuts, smoked fish, graved salmon, soups, sauces, dips & we also bake our own bread in our 280sqm catering kitchen.
Even though our name is Spanferkel Profi and we are specialists in grilling whole animals (suckling pigs - turkeys - geese - lambs - wild boars - whole oxen), we cook and grill in all directions & nations. So also vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, organic & regional.
